Who are we?
Accurate Inspections has provided the Austin and Central Texas areas with quality
thorough inspections since 1987. We provide professional written reports in
layman's terms for ease of understanding. All findings are discussed at the end of
the inspection with many helpful hints. To save our client's time, we email our
reports with a maintenance page to you no later than the next day.

Sam Cunningham, the owner, has been in the Real Estate field since 1980. Prior to
obtaining his Professional Real Estate Inspector's license, # 1144, in 1987 he was
a Real Estate broker specializing in the rehabilitation of Investment properties and
preforming property management. He is a past president of an inspector's trade
organization and is a member of the The Southern Council of Professional Building
Inspectors. He is or has been active in many civic activities and organizations
through the years.
